Walking with Ciconia - A Neo-Medieval Fantasy for Trumpet, French Horn, Tuba and (optional) Drum Set

Walking with Ciconia - A Neo-Medieval Fantasy for Trumpet in B-flat, Horn in F, Tuba and (optional) Drum Set was conceived around a mystical meeting with the late-medieval composer Johannes Ciconia (c.1370-1412) and uses models from music of his time, adding an optional drum set for a Neo-Medieval Rock beat. The centerpiece of the work is a Passacaglia with the Tuba playing the repeating bass melody and the Trumpet and Horn playing a two-voice canon above.
