Aaron Alter's "Cantata of Praise", a 40-minute work for Chorus and Chamber Orchestra will be premiered by The New Mexico Bach Society Chorale and Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Franz Vote. Also on the concert is Bach's Cantata BWV 21, "Ich hatte viel Bekümmernis." Cantata of Praise was commissioned by The New Mexico Performing Arts Society.
